Three month minimum reservation period required for seasonal months.
$800 security deposit due to hold reservation. 50% of full rental fee due at time of making reservation. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival.

A shared laundry room is located on the same floor as the condo.
Occupant maximum is limited to two occupants. Occasional guests are permitted with approval from property manager.
