Something that doesn’t have any differed maintenance, a true Class – A rental building. We should have bought this. Every single surface has been touched in this Laurel Park triplex. All 3 units are 1/1’s, slightly different in size, and pay their own utilities (2 of them currently rented for $1995 and $1895, respectively. The roof, the plumbing, the Ac’s, full interiors, everything! This can be STR’d if you prefer that path as well. Throw in another 40k or so per year in tax deductible depreciation, this is the one. A true no-brainer.
