2511-2513 Lipscomb Street, Melbourne, Florida 32901

Calling investors/builders. Package deal! 1600 sq ft house being sold for land value due to major repairs needed. Seller/corporate owner recommends demolishing and building new but plans exist also for renovation and layout of a 3/2. Priced for land value. 2513 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and in better condition and full permits and plans have been submitted to the city. If demolishing and building a new footprint you will likely need to buy both as updated building code setbacks would require both lots for a new construction. If you renovate the existing building you do not need to comply with new setback requirements. Less than 1 mile from the ocean.
