6042 1st S Avenue #31, St Petersburg, Florida 33707

True 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with screened porch and large primary bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bath. Both bedrooms are nice size and have Bahama shutters and great closets. Nice updates such as granite counters in kitchen and vinyl planking throughout. Sliders off of living room lead to a tranquil screened porch that has view to the side of community pool and an extra storage closet. This is a great location between the beach and downtown St Pete in a very quiet complex. This complex is on the new Sun Runner route that runs from St Pete Beach to Downtown St Pete. It is also one of the few smaller complexes that have a swimming pool.
