1747 Turtle Hill Road, Deltona, Florida 32725

Pre-Construction. To be built. Almost 2 acres with NO HOA (HOA is voluntary). Build the Custom Home of your dreams. You still have time to pick finishes and even change the proposed floor plan. Take your golf cart or horse on the gorgeous winding streets leading to bridges, stables, trails, and tennis courts. Near the boat ramp, you will find the park pavilion where themed events take place such as Santa in the Park, Meet the Easter Bunny, Halloween hayrides, and occasional bonfires.
