Are you looking for a place to go fishing, or get out of the cold? Look no further! This three bedroom, two bathroom manufactured home is in the 55+ community of Breeze Hill, where you own the land, no lot rent! In addition to a large living room, there is a separate dining area, kitchen with built-in desk, and a Florida room on the side. The home is on public water, but has an Artesian well used for irrigation that could also supply water to the home if desired. The home will need some TLC, but has recently had the tie-downs brought up to code, and new skirting was added all around. With three storage rooms along the outside, you’ll find plenty of room for all your yard tools and tinkering, and there’s even a one-car carport. The low annual HOA fee covers the road maintenance, while the optional $100/month fee gives you access to all the amenities, plus use of the community boat ramp. Call for your private showing today!
