Once inside you can enjoy two floating heated pools, one for the family and one for grownups. There is a large common dock area between the pools with picnic tables and a barbeque grill. The marina is also pet friendly. On site is a laundry, private dressing rooms and baths for the use of marina owners and their guests. The is a great restaurant and bar located outside the dock area offering great food, drinks, and nightly entertainment. The restaurant also houses the Dockmasters office. Their staff is there to assist you with any and all of your needs both on and off your boat. The Marina rules and regulations allows owner to stay aboard their boats a maximum of 10 days per month, making Riviera Dunes the perfect weekend getaway. However, you can apply for full time live aboard status yearly if one becomes available. The slip presently has a tenant paying $1080.00 per month for its use. However, after closing, you have the choice of keeping the tenant in the slip or having them vacate within 60 days. The rental is managed by the dockmaster’s office. They handle everything for you and the tenant and send you a monthly check, less fees. Outside Riviera Dunes Marina, you will find great local restaurants and shopping just a few minutes from the Marina by car.
