IT’S NOT JUST THE HOME; IT’S THE NEIGHBORHOOD! And that’s why this renovation project has value. Boyette Springs properties sell for twice this asking price and more when they’re in appropriate condition. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home shouldn’t be an exception, and a cash buyer prepared to renovate should be able to see that easily. Almost everything needs attention beneath the ruined roof that hasn’t been replaced since the house was built 36 years ago. But the 2, 130-SF block home has a pool in a big lanai designed with both screened and roof-covered sections for all-weather enjoyment, plus a privacy-fenced back yard on a lot of more than 1/3 acre along a curve in a non-through circle street. Boyette Springs has no CDD or HOA fees, yet it offers a neighborhood elementary school and playground park near other good schools, shops, restaurants, recreation options and more!
