This charming quadruplex in the heart of the duckpond is a must see investment property. There are four one bedroom one bathroom apartments housed in this large almost 4, 000 square foot property. Each unit has a small kitchen, laundry hookup, bathroom and greatroom. Much of the original charm is preserved in this beautiful building – original wood flooring throughout, large windows, high ceilings, large front porch and fireplaces are just some of the many beautiful elements. The large third of an acre lot and on street provide for significant potential. The duckpond is a highly desirable neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and just a short bike ride from the University of Florida.
