Currently home to the MICHELIN One Star rated Ebbe, 1202 N. Franklin was the previous home of Mole Y Abuela and the beloved Fly Bar. It was originally known as the Majestic Corporation Building when it was built in 1923. The building is configured as a full-service restaurant. There is also a rooftop bar (currently not in use). The 2nd year of the initial 5 year term of the lease with Ebbe begins in July ’24. The lease provides for two (2) additonal 5 year renewal options.
