Happy Days was on TV, the Ford Pinto was the best selling car, and Hank Aaron just broke Babe Ruth’s HR record….that was the last time this property traded hands, 50 years ago. It’s 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in a split plan layout, with very large formal living space off the foyer. That’s not why you’d buy it though, it’s the nearly 3/4 of an acre and over 200′ of frontage on Warner’s Bayou West. Keep the house as it sits with a mid-level remodel project or build a palace. Properties of this caliber don’t come available to the public often, its a clean canvas option. No flood insurance, the property sits high above building grade. There is also a well for irrigation, saving significant money while keeping it green.
