The historic Lee House at 200 Park Street in Melrose, was built in 1879 by William Lee as his personal residence. As his family grew he expanded the structure into a sprawling 27 room property. During the 1920 & 30’s it operated as a prominent boarding house and remained in the Lee family for over 100 years.
