A bird watcher’s dream home! Rarely does such a high quality home and ideal location become available for purchase in Stoneybrook Estates, one of the most popular communities on Palmer Ranch. Perfectly positioned to take advantage of the long view of the largest pond in the community, you will enjoy spectacular sunsets and constantly changing wildlife activity. The large (28’x12′) salt water pool and covered lanai provide a perfect vantage point for viewing migratory birds, bobcats, or perhaps even a family of otters at play. Inside, you will immediately appreciate the custom split floor plan which is unlike any other home in the community. Cathedral ceilings in the main living area and numerous windows on the south and west sides provide plenty of light and make the interior seem larger than the stated 2014 square feet. Exceptional features of this home include a beautifully-updated kitchen with high quality cabinets and superior granite counter tops, impact windows and sliding doors PLUS hurricane shutters, a wind screen for the lanai, and a 7000 watt portable generator. A Lennox 16 SEER HVAC system was installed in 2019. Perhaps most importantly, a NEW ROOF WAS INSTALLED IN APRIL, 2023. This home has been maintained to a very high standard and enjoyed by its owners, who know that you will appreciate it as much as they have. We invite you to view this beautiful property and compare it to any other home of comparable size on Palmer Ranch. You won’t find a better home or location at this price! *** *Country club membership is not available with the purchase of this home, but nearby Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is semi-private and non-members may dine at the clubhouse and have limited golf access.
