There are many dining options to the North and South on the Intracoastal waterway and just a short trip out Big Pass or New Pass to the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy a day of fishing or hanging out at a sandbar. Unit B3-57 is 32′ L x 12.5′ W x 9.5′ H. Will NOT accommodate a boat with a T-Top or a pontoon boat but bring your center console or deck boat with a Bimini that can fold down and your boat will be kept high and dry in a hurricane rated building.
