5604 Casino Drive, Holiday, Florida 34690

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 car garage home. Both bedrooms have nice sized closets. The second bathroom is located in the garage, providing a shower and toilet. The garage is an oversized one car garage, leaving room for storage. The hallway between bedrooms has both a coat closet and linen closet. The outside of the home was freshly painted weeks ago. The old carpeting was just cleared out exposing original Terrazo flooring. Shine these floors up for a midcentury modern vibe or come in and lay new flooring of your choice. The old nail holes have been filled in, leaving the interior walls ready for a fresh coat of paint. The roof is 11 years old, leaving many years of life ahead. Windows were replaced in 2006 and a new garage door was installed in 2021. The shed on the outside is fantastic additional storage space. Hurricane shutters in the garage will convey. This home would be perfect for someone looking to make a house a home or someone looking for investment opportunities.
