NE Hwy 70, Arcadia, Florida 34266

If you are looking to get started in a new farming venue or looking for more acreage to grow your already established business then this property may be for you. There are 2 tracts totaling 30 acres located in the Joshua Grove Water District. The Joshua Grove is roughly 27, 000 acres of like minded farmers looking to plant and grow their dreams just like you. You can grow just about any crop you desire here and the irrigation canals throughout help to provide the water you need. There is a well pump already on the property but we cannot guarantee it works. There have been palm trees, sod, blueberries and such grown here but most in the district are growing citrus. With the proper approval you could put a farm structure on the property such as a barn or shed. Most of the orange trees in this orchard would need replaced if you decide to continue planting citrus. If you decide to plant something else it wouldn’t take much to clean up this property and start over. This area is zoned for agriculture only. Being located just east of Arcadia right off route 70 makes sending your crop to market a breeze.
