15 acres with a Cabin. As you drive down the 1/4 mile Natural Turf Driveway you feel the stress of city life and your day shedding off your shoulders. This wooded property is very peaceful. Seller sees wildlife often. The adjacent land is a hay field on a Conservation Easement which generally means the development rights were sold to the state limiting future development. Another adjacent property owner told the seller he is working the land to increase the cattle operation. We are talking being surrounded by nearly 500 acres. Now, the cabin. As you will see in the photos, the original has pine wood walls and ceiling. A true 1950 cabin in the woods. Many were built in this part of the county like this back in the day. The front porch was added at some point as well as the bedroom suite situated in the rear of the cabin. So, buy and have a weekend get away. If you build your new BARNDOMINIUM on the land just keep the cabin for guests or a rental for extra income.
