This seller is well aware of today’s market conditions and has this very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath property PRICED TO SELL!! Some updates like double-pane windows and newer laminate floors are already done. The bonus room has been renovated to be a large inside laundry and storage, so no trips needed over to the community center for that. This 55+ community is a great place to live on a budget. The fees are reasonable and the common areas are well-kept. You can get to shopping and banking with a quick walk or short drive; it’s just 1/10 of a mile away from this community. Public transportation also runs right past The Second Bayshore on it’s way to Sarasota or to connect with the beach route. The swimming pool here is heated and the community center is cool. Come over for a look.
