Under contract-accepting backup offers. BACK ON THE MARKET! Buyer’s financing fell through. Ready for your offer and can close quick! This 3-bedroom (all w/ensuites!) townhome is located in sought-after Eagle Creek, a gated golf course community with tons of amenities. The Mediterranean-style “near” end unit villa is uniquely situated on Belfry Circle with a wide paver driveway, a 2-car garage, and a cute front porch. When you enter the foyer, you’ll find soaring ceilings and you can see straight out to the golf course in your backyard. The kitchen anchors the main level and is open to both the dining area and the living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinet & pantry space, granite countertops, and a long breakfast bar. Just steps away, a triple-slider leads you out to the screened-in lanai (upgrade!), which offers beautiful views of the golf course, pond, and clubhouse. The main level also includes a fantastic primary bedroom, complete with access to the lanai and an ensuite with a long double-sink vanity, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find a versatile loft that would make a great play area, gameroom or home office. The back bedroom offers access to a private screened-in lanai with sweeping views of the clubhouse and the 18th hole. There’s also an ensuite with dual sinks and a step-in shower. The second bedroom on this level includes access to the full hallway bathroom, too. Don’t forget about the many upgrades here, like the custom millwork (crown molding & 5″ baseboards), the maple cabinetry in the kitchen & bathrooms, and the security system. The guard-gated community of Eagle Creek is in demand because it offers residents so many amenities, including a championship golf course, a clubhouse, a playground, several pools, a fitness & rec center, tennis & basketball courts, a dog park, and more. Landscaping is also included in the HOA. And what a location! You’ll be just minutes from medical facilities and all the shopping & dining along Narcoossee Rd. & Rt 417. The airport and the new USTA training center in Lake Nona are both less than 20 minutes from your front door. Just half an hour to all the theme parks and 45 minutes to the beach!
